- Every time you purchase any item, you earn loyalty points on the cost of that item (registered users only)
- For every $1 you spend you receive 1 loyalty point.
- Loyalty points are exchanged for voucher credits redeemable for Sara Crave products
- Loyalty points are automatically added to your account when you make a purchase, or take any of the other actions eligible to earn points.
- You can use your loyalty points against any future purchase EXCEPT on some sale items which may be excluded from the program
- To qualify for loyalty points, you need to have an account and make an online order.
- To get started, all you need to do is create an account and check out by making a purchase in the normal manner.
- You can only use the loyalty points you have in your account on the current purchase except on any sale items which may be excluded
- If you use all your loyalty points on a particular purchase, new ones will be added after your purchase.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern Sara Crave's Active Life Rewards (“Loyalty Program”), and members of the program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products from saracrave.com.au and activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain offers online.
- Points will only be allocated after a purchase
- Points gained on the item being purchased cannot be used on that item at that time of purchase
- Points can be used on any product except on some sale items which may be excluded from the program
- Points for purchases can only be awarded through an online purchase at Sara Crave
- Points are calculated on the Grand Total Value, after discounts applicable, of your basket, and do not include any shipping and delivery charges.
- Points are limited to the value of the order, excluding the shipping charge. i.e you cannot go into a negative figure and you will always be charged for shipping where applicable
- Points cannot be used on clearance or sale items which have been excluded from the program
- Birthday Points allocation. Birthdate must be entered 30 days before your Birthday to qualify and you will only receive birthday points once every calendar year.
- Points will expire after 6 months from the date upon which they were applied to your account
- If you return all your items from an order, points will be re-allocated to your account and your nett total, less shipping, will be credited.
- If you return some items from an order then points will only be re-allocated on the returned items, less shipping.
- Referring a friend to Sara Crave. Points will automatically be rewarded to your account only if the referral friend used the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying purchase with the special code. Points will automatically be applied to account if stipulations are met.
- Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service included in the program. For example, if a product that is normally $80 is on sale for $50, a Member will only earn points on the purchase price of $50.
- Points can only be redeemed in any combination of the point and reward increment amounts available at any time within the program.
- Redemption of points towards purchases of products is subject to product availability.
- Only one account per natural person. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Rewards redemption codes may not be combined with any other discount voucher codes.
General
By creating an account at saracrave.com.au and joining the Active Life Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the Active Life Rewards Program. Sara Crave reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the Active Life Rewards Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Sara Crave may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as recorded in Sara Crave's records, shall be deemed correct. Sara Crave reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Sara Crave's internal records related to such Member's account, and any such determination will be deemed final and binding upon the parties.
The Terms and Conditions of our Active Life Rewards Program are subject to change at Sara Crave's sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon a customer’s at-will termination of their saracrave.com.au registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. Sara Crave will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying saracrave.com.au customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur in the program.
Points are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and are not valid outside of saracrave.com.au. Purchases made outside saracrave.com.au are not valid for point accrual in the Active Life Rewards Program (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, Ebay, and Amazon).
