Due to the current global situation impacting logistics and supply chains there may be some delays to ordinary delivery times to some locations both within Australia and internationally.

Shipping from international destinations for our customised and ethical activewear range garments may also experience some delays, though we are working hard to ensure optimised delivery times through a range of service providers.

Processing of Orders
We aim to process your order within 24 hours of it being placed. However Sara Crave only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
*For customised and ethical activewear range garments production is completed upon processing of a customers order, with production time to make your custom ordered product being between 2 to 7 working days. This can vary depending on order volumes and customisations required, however over 50% of custom garments are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Once an order has left Sara Crave, it is in the care of Australia Post, or other courier services selected at checkout, and your local postal service. Sara Crave is not liable for any errors made by these services.
The estimated delivery time of orders within Australia to most major centers is 1-3 business days after shipment. Your orders are shipped using Australia Post regular post or Express Post service, or courier delivery, as selected at checkout.

*For customised and ethical activewear range garments these items are usually shipped from international destinations to Australia, and so international shipping delivery times will apply to these orders.
Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
For international orders, you may have the option to select Standard or Express delivery services. Standard Delivery is not available to all counties and this is outside of Sara Crave’s control. If Standard Delivery is not available to your country, you must select the Express Delivery shipping option. If Express Delivery service is selected at checkout, the Express Delivery charge will be quoted at checkout.
In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Standard Delivery uses Australia Post and overseas postal services. There is no tracking service available with this option. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks after shipment.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, standard shipping parcels will be passed on to the internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Express Delivery (including Express Delivery - Flat Rate) uses Australia Post International Courier, or other courier service as selected at checkout, services for which delivery of packages may be traced. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after shipment. Customers that have selected FedEx Express Shipping will receive a separate email from FedEx containing their tracking number. All FedEx parcels will be marked at full value as is legally required.
FedEx will try delivering for 3 consecutive business days. If unsuccessful, FedEx will notify us to help contact the customer for an alternative option such as redirection/return to sender. If we cannot contact the customer within 5 business day the package will be destroyed by FedEx. Sara Crave cannot be held accountable for any packages destroyed by FedEx.
Sara Crave recommends using Express Delivery so you are able to track the progress and location of your order. If you use the Standard Delivery service, we cannot be held liable for any lost items.
Please note, FedEx do not deliver to a PO BOX address. Please use a residential address, or work address where you will be available to sign for your parcel.
At Sara Crave we understand that selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult choice. For this reason, we will happily provide a store credit for the purchase price on returned items, so you can choose a replacement item, or a full refund on online orders within 30 calendar days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labelling is intact and items are returned in unworn condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on Sara Crave intimate apparel unless faulty. Sara Crave is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without the customer providing proof of purchase. No returns or exchanges on customised garments as noted below.

The purchase price is the amount you paid for the Product and does not include any delivery costs. If you wish to exchange a Product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
Sara Crave reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Sara Crave a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the Sara Crave Office. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage to you.
Sara Crave will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery and customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. You need to send the original or a copy of the receipt with your returned order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Sara Crave will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
In the case of credits we ask that you allow 10 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
Some garments within our range allow for personalisation and are made to custom design, including custom print designs. As these garments have been individually made to order, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless in the event that Sara Crave determines that a product is faulty.
